Each step of the process is quality controlled by our project manager, who will keep you fully informed up to date. CONSULTING Feasibility Studies If You are not sure what You need or if You are only aware of a vague business issue that You need to solve, do not worry, You are not alone. NIT wants to talk to You and understand the issues You face. Requirements Capture Perhaps the most common cause of failed IT projects is not understanding what the problem really was. Many companies rush into designing a solution, because they think they understand the customer's wishes. NIT likes to capture Your exact requirements no matter if they are marketing, technical or creative. Business Analysis NIT's business analyzers can then skillfully identify the real needs of the project. We can then draw up and agree a detailed list of requirements and system functions before any design work is carried out. DESIGN System Architecture NIT believes in structuring the best solutions for you. If the structure is sound then building the solution will be straightforward and at low risk. Getting the best solution structure means being able to interpret the business analysis and translate it into hardware and software decisions. Creative Design At the same time NIT is able to draw upon its creative design team to produce a product that not only looks good, but is user friendly either. The final design should be a balance between the creative (look), the navigation (feel) and the technical design (functionality). All these elements are used to show off Your company's marketing collateral to it's full. BUILD All software modules (4) are tested against the solution structure (2) to show that they are not only error free but also fit well with the system structure. Finally, in order to ensure that the solution meets your original requirements the final software (5) is tested against the original business analysis (1). This style of quality control can be represented as a V-shaped diagram, shown above. Using this methodology means that the final test criteria is known well in advance of the testing itself, which saves time and money. We make sure that all appropriate documentation is complete, all staff is trained with new systems and therefore all the correct support procedures are in place.
